Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping at Divya Creation. We strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery, only under the following conditions:

• Item received is damaged or defective
• Wrong product was delivered
• Product does not match the description on our website

To initiate a return, please contact us at return@divyacreation.com with your order number and photos of the product (if applicable).

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. To cancel, contact us immediately after placing the order. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Exceptions

Please note: Items marked as "Final Sale", custom-made products, or items bought on clearance are not eligible for return or refund.
