At Divya Creation, we partner with Shiprocket to deliver your orders safely and efficiently across India. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the terms related to delivery timelines, shipping charges, and order tracking.

Shipping Locations

• We ship across all serviceable pin codes in India using trusted courier partners via Shiprocket.
• If your location is not serviceable, we will contact you for alternate arrangements.

Delivery Timeline

• Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
• Estimated Delivery Time:
  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Regions: 5–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: Up to 10 business days
• Delivery timelines may vary during festive seasons, natural calamities, or unexpected courier delays.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
• We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1500.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email.
• You can track real-time delivery status through Shiprocket’s tracking page linked in the message.

Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partners usually attempt delivery up to 3 times.
• If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address or non-availability, the order will be returned to us.
• Re-delivery can be arranged upon request; however, additional shipping charges may apply.

Delays or Lost Packages

• In case of significant delay or non-receipt of the package, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
• We will coordinate with Shiprocket and the courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue.

Packaging and Dispatch

• All orders are securely packed to ensure your products reach you in perfect condition.
• You will be notified once the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
